Les dix agriculteurs \u00e0 plein temps se sont regroup\u00e9s au sein d&rsquo;une coop\u00e9rative dans la laiterie du village. Chaque ann\u00e9e, 900 000 litres de lait sont transform\u00e9s en environ 98 tonnes de fromage. La majorit\u00e9 est compos\u00e9e de fromage \u00e0 raclette et de Tommes Stockalper (Mutschli\/Simplon Adler) d&rsquo;un kilo chacun.<\/p>\n<p>La fa\u00e7ade est orn\u00e9e de la derni\u00e8re grande \u0153uvre du peintre haut-valaisan Anton Mutter. En plus du d\u00e9licieux fromage, la laiterie alpine vend aussi du beurre, de la cr\u00e8me, du yaourt et du \u00ab\u00a0Ziger\u00a0\u00bb. Ces produits sont tr\u00e8s populaires en Valais et \u00e9galement en Italie.<\/p>\n<h2>Emplacement et arriv\u00e9e<\/h2>\n<\/div>\n<p>De Brigue, vous pouvez prendre le car postal jusqu&rsquo;au village du Simplon. \u00c0 la gare de Brigue, prenez le car postal en direction du Simplon ou de Domodossola (I).<\/p>\n<p>Des places de parc sont \u00e9galement disponibles dans le village du
