Aujourd&rsquo;hui, un mus\u00e9e sur l&rsquo;histoire du Simplon occupe le b\u00e2timent.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;ancien b\u00e2timent \u00ab\u00a0Susten\u00a0\u00bb, qui se situe sur la place du village, a \u00e9t\u00e9 construit en plusieurs \u00e9tapes \u00e0 partir du 14\u00e8me si\u00e8cle. Les murs en blocs de bois correspondent \u00e0 la m\u00e9thode de construction typique du Simplon. De 1991 \u00e0 1995, l&rsquo;ancienne auberge a \u00e9t\u00e9 restaur\u00e9e par la municipalit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;ancienne auberge repr\u00e9sente le centre de l&rsquo;Ecomus\u00e9e du Simplon. Les visiteurs du mus\u00e9e d\u00e9couvrent non seulement Stockalper, Napol\u00e9on, les mineurs du tunnel du Simplon et le casse-cou G\u00e9o Chavez, mais aussi la vie paysanne de la population autochtone du Simplon.<\/p>\n<h2>Emplacement et arriv\u00e9e<\/h2>\n<\/div>\n<p>De Brigue, vous pouvez prendre le car postal jusqu&rsquo;au village du Simplon. \u00c0 la gare de Brigue, prenez le car postal en direction du Simplon ou de Domodossola (I).<\/p>\n<p>Des places de parc sont disponibles dans le village du Simplon.<\/p>\n<div style=\"min-width: 260px; max-width: 100%\"><script
